I have narrowed in on this name BKIND. Tom gave a list of names which didn’t really jump out at me or capture his brands message. Throughout his presentation he kept repeating this one word ‘kind’.
I thought ‘Kind’ thats not a bad name, and started to think more on it, giving it an action ‘Be Kind’. After even more thinking on it, I thought of Toms background in chemistry, which brought me to the letter ‘B’ as it appears in the periodic table.
I started to think well thats all very well and good sounding, but what does ‘B’ in the periodic table even stand for, because I appreciate for somebody who knows what B stands for, it might appear ridiculous, BKIND….BUTANE KIND??? It would be a bit of a killjoy.
However ‘B’ in the periodic table stands for Boron.
I couldn’t believe my luck with that one. So I was happy with myself to go ahead with the name BKIND.
Next step was checking it against the Intellectual Property Office. The product is a cosmetic so it falls into class 3. By searching for BKind I was given a closest and most relevant to that name. The closest is Be Cool Be Kind.
So that reassured me that I can go ahead and work on this name.
However I did search for available domain names such as BKIND.com and all the major ones like .com and .co.uk and . org were taken. But there are ways around this. I could use the domain name B-KIND or many different variations of this.
