I have been generating ideas focussing on how to make this project have a strong personal and human element. I have started to narrow down some ideas on what I think could be successful. I want to generate some kind of campaign, having the main focus of the campaign as the independent suppliers.
Whilst jotting notes and brainstormings ideas, I started to focus on a message that was focused on the transaction.
“From them to you”
“From dan the butcher to you”
“from the suppliers to you”
“local to you”
With this train of thought I began to see how I could bring in the suppliers:
“Frome Dan to You”
I think something along these lines could be successful because this is bringing them from “the supplier” to “Dan”. Dan’s your local butcher, he becomes somebody.
So then I started to see how it could work across different products and names.
I think this could be successful because the use of individual names for each poster gives that individuality you don’t get when buying at supermarkets.
I also wanted to try and choose imagery of people holding either, one or a bunch of specific items, to really communicate “hey this ones for you”.
And to work on the personable element I am also experimenting with “from George to Jenny” etc.. Hopefully this will help further the human aspect.
I’ve also left one saying “to you”. I think this could possibly enhance the, everybody’s get theres and this ones for you.
